Please include your order number in the subject line — it cuts our reply time in half. If your print arrived damaged, attach photos of the piece and of the box; that is usually all we need to send a replacement the same day.

Before you write

Most questions are answered here:

• Where is my order? Production takes 2–5 business days, transit 3–8. Tracking arrives by email once the parcel ships. See our Shipping Policy.
• My print arrived damaged. Send us photos of the item and the box within 30 days — we reprint free, and you keep the original. See our Refund & Return Policy.
• Can I change my address or cancel? Yes, if production has not started — usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email us immediately.
• Do you ship outside the U.S.? Currently the United States only.

Do not ship anything back before contacting us. If a return is authorised, we will give you the correct address in writing.
